.....AND SO DOES THE 23 THINGS!
I had good times & bad with it, I know it was like pulling teeth for some folk.
My weak points were the RSS feeds and the Wikis. I didn't get into del-ic-ious either, but I am willing to go back and revise, and keep plugging away.
I particularly enjoyed Flickr, I use that a lot. I had fun creating this blog and hope to become a more proficient and frequent blogger in future. The "Meez" was cute, and I liked Librarything. I'm sure new web learning tools are generated non stop so I will stay tuned for that. I hope people continue to use their blog, and I would enjoy receiving comments on my posts. Well (y'all) it's been REAL!

Addicted!
OMG I am addicted to "Guess -The -Google" one of the games nominated for the web 2.0 awards. I limited myself to 2 rounds but I will play this at home with the kids and it should be a giggle. I also submited a story in one sentence. it wasn't profound or innovative in any way but I at least wanted to write one. Do you want to hear it? Okay I'll share: (ahem)
I was born on an April morn, grew up in an average
home and have lived an average life.
Now I thought about adding "so far" at the end and that would leave speculation for a sequel wide open, but hey, don't mess with perfection right? (smirk)
So now onto THING 20, one of my favourite wastes of time YOUTUBE!

name the Rivalry contest
Name The Rivalry
This is a contest put on by the L A Kings and Anaheim Ducks. You can come up with a catchy phrase or pun to represent their rivalry, then enter your suggestion on either of the teams' website.
The prize is tickets to 6 games at either venue. Well I live in Southern Maryland so unless they want to fork out plane fair and hotel costs it's really no use to me.
I couldn't resist entering a few suggestions though. They are;
The Crown Bill Derby
The Royal Quack
The Firm
The New Firm
Okay, not great I know, but bare with me. These two teams kicked off the regular season this year with back to back games in London (England) of all places, so I thought the Crown Bill thing had an English connotation. Crown=Queen (or King), Bill-is what they call the police headquarters or the court. Well the Royal Quack kinda speaks for itself, and not very well, but the other suggestion of the "Firm"" or the "New Firm" is quite clever if you know anything at all about British sport, namely soccer.
The fierce rivalry between two Scottish (football) teams; Glasgow Celtic and Glasgow Rangers has long been known as "The Old Firm" so how about a new firm in the New World? Cheeky eh? WellI like it. They wont get it and it wont win but I think it's pretty kewel!
